After failing to gather support in the international community for its nefarious plan to further its plans to acquire Kashmir valley, Pakistan is now trying to use innocents to disrupt normalcy in Jammu and Kashmir over the abrogation of Article 370.

The Pakistan Army has planned a march involving locals from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir to the Line of Control (LoC) on Friday in a bid to create disturbances following the abrogation of Article 370, top Indian Army sources said on Thursday.

The Indian Army is fully prepared to foil the Pakistan Army-sponsored march of locals.

Meanwhile, the Pakistan Army continued ceasefire violation today by resorting to heavy firing targeting civilian areas along the Indo-Pak border in Poonch, Rajouri, and Kathua districts of Jammu and Kashmir.

During his address to the 74th session of the UN General Assembly, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan “threatened a blood bath in Kashmir the moment restrictions were removed”.

In an unsuccessful bid to gather support from the international community over the issue of Article 370, which India calls an “internal matter”, Imran Khan said that when the “curfew” is lifted in Kashmir, there will be a bloodbath. He further forecasts another Pulwama. “There is no God but one” and “we will fight to the end”, said Khan, in the same breath as he threatened that the India-Pak conflict will escalate into a nuclear war and that it will spill over to the rest of the world if left unresolved.

The march on the LoC from the PoK side that Pakistan plans come at a time when it has trouble brewing on its home turf. Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam – Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has announced today that the party will begin its anti-government ‘Azadi march’ on October 27.

Rehman has had meetings with several key leaders of opposition parties. The JUI-F chief claims that all opposition parties had rejected the July 25, 2018 elections that saw Imran Khan being ‘selected’ and foisted upon the Pakistani electorate. Rehman says the opposition had called for fresh elections. A report quotes sources while claiming that four “bulletproof and are airconditioned” containers are ready for the sit-in.
